If you become a Maverick Arts Club member, or enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these rules in full and agree to them.

1. If you would like to become a Maverick Arts Club member all you have to do is enter your name and date of birth, along with your postal and email address in the online form on the a Maverick Arts Club website.
2. Proof of sending the entry form is not proof that we have received your application to become a a Maverick Arts Club member. No responsibility can be accepted for applications that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent for any reason.
3. It is free to become a a Maverick Arts Club member . No purchase necessary.
4. Please read our Privacy Policy, which tells you how we use any personal information, we may collect about you.
5. You can stop being a a Maverick Arts Club member at any time by writing to the address at the bottom, marking your envelope “Unsubscribe”. Once you have let us know that you no longer want to be a a Maverick Arts Club member, we will not send any more newsletters or packages.

7. Any Maverick Arts Club product given to members cannot be exchanged for money.

9. Maverick Arts Club reserves the right to amend the offer and terms and conditions at any time.
Please ensure that you keep any log in details and passwords secret. This is your sole responsibility. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your membership account. Please let us know immediately if you think that someone may have accessed your account without authorisation and change your password online if you think your password security has been breached.
Username and identity theft
When selecting a username remember that the Website is public. If you wish to submit content to the Website anonymously select a username that will not be known to others. You may not be able to change your username once chosen. Do not impersonate anyone, this may be construed as identity theft, which may be illegal.
1. Competitions are open to UK residents only. You will need to register to become a member before you are able to enter competitions.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Only one entry per person.
4. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) or Maverick Arts Publishing Ltd or Icarus Arts Publishing Ltd, it’s associated companies, or companies supplying the prizes.
5. Sending an e-mail is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
6. Winners will be selected at random.
7. The closing date is as specified in each competition, and Icarus Publishing reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
8. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Maverick Arts Club, or Icarus Arts Publishing, may require.
9. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
10. Prizes cannot be exchanged for another prize or cash.
11. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
12. Maverick Arts Club reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Maverick Arts Club may also create rules which apply to a specific competition only. If we do this then we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.
13. Maverick Arts Club will endeavour to arrange the sending of prizes within a month of the competition closing date but cannot guarantee this.
14. If you win a competition, we will notify you by post or e-mail. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. You can find out who has won a particular competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the competition to the address at the bottom.
16. The winners’ contact detail will be sent to the relevant prize provider in order for them to dispatch your prize to them, along with details of whether or not they have opted to receive further infromation from the prize providers.
17. Entrants email addresses will only be given to third parties if they have agreed to be sent further information from prize providers. If you do not wish for your data to be passed on, please ensure that your un-tick this box when entering competitions. We will assume that you have read the terms and conditions in full before entering our competitions.
Voter’s Competition
1. All voters will be put into a draw to win one of the prizes on offer.

Acknowledgement of Order
When you have completed your order you will be sent an email confirming this. If your order had been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason and why.
Stock Availability
Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock due to unprecedented demand. This may cause a slight delay on delivery dispatch times and in the case of products permanently out of stock, we will endeavour to offer alternative items subject to customer approval and why.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Even though packages are sent via Royal Mail or Parcel force on rare occasions we experience losses whilst in transit. If this occurs please allow 10 days for the package to arrive from the date of order. If after 10 days, nothing has arrived, please contact your local post office to check that no goods are being held. If the package is not being held, please contact our Customer Services team who will arrange a replacement. If your package arrives damaged, then please contact our Customer Services Team immediately on (020) 3008 8828 or email us at enquiries@petpoetsclub.com so that they can arrange a replacement of these goods. We may ask for the items to be returned to us. Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from Maverick Arts Club.
Our Order Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately once an order has been submitted, we are unable to process a cancellation. However, should you no longer require your order once it has been submitted, please refer to our Returns Policy. Please Note: Credit Card transactions will be processed prior to despatch of order.
Returns Policy & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition and unused for a complete and immediate refund. Items must be returned to us within 7 days and we will issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage costs where an item is not damaged or faulty. Return goods are to be sent to the address at the bottom, with the package marked “Returns”. We strongly recommend that you obtain a free proof of posting from your Post Office. Once items have been returned a refund will be issued immediately. Please allow up to 30 days for this refund to appear on your credit/debit card, or for a cheque to be issued. If you feel that there have been a mistake on your order, either the amount charged or the items received, please contact Customer Services immediately on (020) 3008 8828, to enable us to issue you with a refund or replacement.
Safe Shopping – secure guarantee
Maverick Arts Club. places great importance on maintaining the security of the information that you provide and for this reason we use Paypal – an advanced Internet security system to safeguard your credit/debit card data. This data is encrypted and converted into code before it is transmitted across the Internet. Therefore in the extremely unlikely event that the data should be intercepted, it would be encrypted and difficult to decipher.
Intellectual Property
You agree that the Website (including but not limited to all content, downloads, graphics, audio clips, music, editorial content etc) contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Maverick Arts Club and/or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other rights including but not limited to copyright. The use of the Website or any part of its content, except such use as is specifically permitted in these Terms of Use, is strictly prohibited and may infringe the intellectual property rights of others and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties, including possible monetary damages for copyright infringement.
Trade marks
Maverick Arts Club and all other trade marks, service marks, graphics and logo used by us in connection with the Website are our trade marks or registered trade marks. You are not granted any right or licence in relation to such marks.
Linking to the website
You may link to any Maverick Arts Club page from another website PROVIDED THAT such other website conforms to the same ethos as our Website provided that your link does not imply any endorsement by us of such other Website. You shall immediately remove any links or coding on request. Nothing in this section implies any wider right to copy or distribute any content so linked to.
Emailing friends
You may be able to email some Website content to friends in various sections. Where you do so, you take full responsibility for such mail and warrant to us that you have permission to use their email address in this way. You must not send unsolicited emails through the Website.
Jurisdiction
These terms and condition are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
